The South Dakota Diabetes Coalition (SDDC) is excited to share that the Changes and Challenges in Diabetes Care and Education conference will be hosted in Sioux Falls in June of 2019. Previously, the conference was held annually through 2013. Recognizing the need in the State for the conference, the SDDC and partners are excited to resume the conference.
